Dear Valued HEXONET Customer,
Our experienced team will soon be implementing server and hardware updates to continue providing you optimal system stability, here at HEXONET.
To accommodate these changes, we have scheduled a LIVE maintenance on June 21, 2022. The LIVE system will be offline for eight hours (7:00-15:00 UTC).
Please regard, that access via API and Control Panel is going to be only available to a limited extent during the maintenance.
The following updates are taking place, to enhance your experience:
* We are adding a new operational and data system to our LIVE system, to optimize performance.
* We are migrating to a new data center, to increase efficiency and security.
* We are enhancing our maintenance efforts for system administrators, including consolidating infrastructure, streamlining the processes and standardizing tools.
* We are only updating the IP addresses of our APIs, endpoints and ports will remain the same. Please check if you currently maintain IP address(es) in your set up, if this is the case, please move to the host names instead of the IP addresses.
* Please note, you can test if your system uses the correct ciphers, by connecting to our OT&E environment, as this has already been moved to the new data center.

This scheduled maintenance affected: API interfaces (HTTPS API, EPP API, XRRP API, SOAP API, XMLRPC API) and Hexonet Console (Web Interface).
