Our upstream provider has confirmed that all of the order display errors have been restored. We have tested this and can confirm all SSL orders can be accessed normally now.
We'd like to extend our thanks for everyone's patience while we waited on Sectigo rectifying this issue.

Monitoring
We are currently monitoring the impacts of an outage at our SSL provider Sectigo which may mean orders are not fully syncing over their API back to our platform - in turn, correctly displaying the order status or the ability to manage their product(s).

We will update this status page as soon as we're notified that these services have been fully restored at Sectigo and we've been able to test/confirm that this issue has been resolved.
