Dear Partner,

For our sister brand RRPproxy a maintenance was scheduled and completed during which firewalls were rebooted.

Since we performed the LIVE switch in June, the HEXONET system is using the same firewall sets and therefore during reboot went offline as well.

Unfortunately this slipped our attention when creating announcements for this maintenance and no announcement for HEXONET clients have been sent.

All services recovered after the successful reboot of the firewall.

We kindly ask to excuse any inconveniences caused while we conduct an internal review to improve internal processes for such announcements.

This incident affected: API interfaces (HTTPS API, EPP API, XRRP API, SOAP API, XMLRPC API), Hexonet Console (Web Interface, Account Notifications via Email), Domain Query Services (WHOIS, RDAP), and OT&E Environment.
